your website is empty / everything is sold out...

if everything shows 'sold out' then I currently don't have any items available for purchase. I make a collection of work available ~ every month or so, and between these updates my hands are working as hard as they can to create more. check my Instagram feed or the announcement bar here on my site to find out when my next update is happening!

** if there is a password on the shop page, that just means I’m prepping the site for an upcoming restock and the password will be removed at the time of the drop :-)

I live in (blank) do you ship there?

if your country isn’t currently on my shipping list, please send me a msg or email and I’ll add it to the list! note that if you live outside of North America then your piece may take up to several weeks to arrive. everything is packaged carefully in order to get to you safely. see more about shipping here.

I saw you post an item that I absolutely love, can you reserve it for me?

sorry! in order to keep things fair for everyone I put everything up on my online shop at the time of the update - though as a newsletter subscriber you occasionally get early access!

do you do wholesale?

I keep a cap on the limited number of stores I wholesale with simply because this works best for me! apart from those listed on my stockists page, my work is currently only available for purchase exclusively through my online shop. also, check in w/ stores about stock before you go in!

are you making anymore of (blank)?

maybe! I like to keep my process pretty organic and true to what my hands and heart are inspired to make (this is another reason why I limit the amount of wholesale accounts I take on). if you see something you that connects with you, I recommend purchasing it as soon as you have a chance because I may not make it again. things tend to change pretty quick around here.

help!!! I was in the process of purchasing a piece and it suddenly sold out!

sadly, having an item in your cart does not hold it for you. If another person with the same item completes their transaction then it will immediately become unavailable (even if you had it in your cart). there’s unfortunately no way around this - but a little tip would be to create a customer account (top right) before an update happens so you can check out quicker!

can I put my piece in the dishwasher or microwave?

microwave - yup.

dishwasher - you can (my partner does) BUT hand washing is recommended for all pieces to extend the life of the finish. throwing them in the dishwasher every once in a blue moon is fine, but the quick temperature changes can cause stress to a piece, especially if it is exposed to them often. pieces that CANNOT go in the microwave (eg. pieces with any lustre) will be stated in the listing.

I sent you a message on Instagram but I haven't heard back...

if you sent me a DM on Instagram and I didn’t respond, it probably just got lost in my inbox! it’s just me on there responding to everything, and sometimes I get behind. there is really no way to keep track of information through Instagram messages, so sending an email with as much information as possible is the best way to get in touch :)

I live locally and I wondered if I can pick my piece up instead of having it shipped?

yes you can! just choose local pickup at checkout - this will void the shipping charge, and allow you to pick your piece up in person. please wait for an email with detailed instructions, and please do not show up outside of the date/time that has been arranged.
